Hi, the plugin stop working a while ago, so to let the users see the products, they were added manually on Facebook.
A few days ago I updated the plugin and try adding some new products but syncing isn’t working again.

I don’t know what else I should try to make it work.

How long does Facebook takes to approve products? I will contact them for sure but also in my business manager everything seems fine.

I’m sorry, I thought it was a problem with qTranslate but I just find out it was a problem (a big one) with cache plugin.

Ok, I just found the solution that work for me, I would like to share it with anyone who need to know how to fix this issue.
The problem appears with some old version of Android operation system that doesn’t seems to accept the .svg for the dropdown menu icon, which is used in my active theme. So I switch .svg image to a .png image and it works with every browser and devices I can control.

Hope my english is good enough to understand my solution.
