Same problem here for me… Exact same…
Did you find a fix or a work around ?

I’m having the same problem here…. 3 months later…

Whatever I do, even on a clean as clean can be worpress install, I get Media “xxx” already exists. And then when I go to that post, the media is missing!

This happens to over 200 media files… no good… anyone found a fix.
Seems like this has been happening for over 3 years now.

I have the exact same problem. All my pics are low res.
I’m thinking this was a feature and not a mistake.
Are you guys still developping this plugin ?
