FYI – their current unreleased version (in GitHub?) has this fix in it. We’ve tried it and it did the job right. We aren’t moving forward until they publish the version, though, because we don’t know what else is incomplete at this time.

Thanks for getting back to us. Are you open to external contributions to the project? We don’t do a lot of plugin development but may be able to help if there’s anything already underway.

So far so good… it can retag historical posts (more than the 5 that auto-tag did for me), and it actually DOES catch new posts generated by my RSS importer. It says it uses the Yahoo YQL API (which is what the message you sent said we’d have to migrate to) as well as tagthe.net… not sure if they’re both working or only one, but it functions, and that’s all I’m really asking for at the moment.

That did the trick! Actually, that line of code was already there, but was commented out… Looks like there have been a few revisions of that particular line of code?

Now that I have a tweaked plugin, will I need to avoid doing updates, or will this be worked into your next version?

When you go to the feed (https://feeds.feedburner.com/dabreadings), there are about 1750 words in the feed’s content. When it gets imported to the site, however, there’s only about 650 words. (https://www.awalkthroughtheword.com/2013/09/the-daily-audio-bible-reading-for-thursday-september-5-2013-cev/)

It gets cut off right after the first word “Copyright”. Actually, that makes me wonder, could it be the copyright symbol (?) that follows that word that’s causing the cutoff? It even includes the space after the word “Copyright ” but doesn’t import anything else once it his the ? symbol.
