And of course theme’s root directory has wpml-config.xml but the page’s title does not appear both language
you check pages, this is default ( turkish ) : https://campo.prototip.at/urunler/

As i said above, i already asked to theme’s support forum. There is no problem for theme i guess. The plugin or our settings conflict with that but i could not figured out yet.
@dino127 there is so many alternative plugins for multlingual but i prefer WPML of course. And im using also but i have faced a problem for that and i prefer polylang.

Hey @chrystl, thans for interesting but;
If you looking for incorrect something in page or theme options please do not waste your time. Because already i was asked to betheme’s support forum and they said no incorrect thing on your side may plugins conflict to theme’s title. And i checked first polylang plugin and when i deactive this plugin titles appears and when i activate again its disappear.
So, all inner pages’s titles disappear now cause i activated this plugin.
What do you want to check exactly, just say it or just say what you think this caused problem occur?

Im using extta one language except my native(default) language.
Default language is Turkish and other language is English.

Thank you for support.
I corrected my csv file and uploded. It give me an error/notice about chimpy plugin ( unfortunately i didnt take a screenshot). So my customers seems 1504 but actually 762 . Please check the screen: https://i.imgur.com/EMh6Khv.png

Actually these categories wont update new ones, they will just add an extra catrgory. As you said i can bulk editor and it look like easiest way.
