Hey @rayeason,
If you are looking to center the form you can do so using layouts. If you are using the Gutenberg block builder simply select columns and choose a layout that has a centered component. You will be able to add the form to the center column which will have the effect of centering it on the page.
I would also suggest targeting the iframe container using css and increasing the width of this if you would like to make the form larger.
If you would completely like to customise the form, you have the option of just including the raw html of the form in your page from the from builder. When you do this the form will no longer be iframed and you can customise it using your own css.
Hopefully one of these solutions solves your problem.

ConorHey @happybrain ,
I see this thread has been inactive for a couple of days. I’m going to mark as resolved. Let me know if you require any further assistance. Also if you are enjoying using the plugin, we would really appreciate if you could leave us a review.
Best,
ConorUnfortunately there is no way to have local updates to your plugin persist across updates as far as I am aware. It is possible to disable auto updates so that you can control the frequency that you need to make the change at.
If it was possible for Iubenda to use a custom class then you could use a pre-existing class in the HubSpot script. If you do need to use Iubenda, I would recommend talking to their team about how to listen for changes to the users consent and you could use the HubSpot tracking code api to toggle tracking on and off based on whether the user had consented then.

ConorHi @happybrain,
If you would like to set up a privacy policy you can do so in your hubspot settings. Follow the steps in this link (search for “Customize your default cookie policy” on this page):
This will allow you to set up a consent banner in your hubspot settings with no need for an extra plugin as shown in this image. Copy and colour scheme are customisable (as well as countries where this banner will show and pages that it will show on).
I am not very familiar with Lubenda and not sure what you mean by a preventative block. You mean you would like to prevent the tracking until the user clicks the Lubenda banner? If this is the case you may want to use the HubSpot tracking code api to prevent tracking until the user has opted in to tracking. I would recommend the HubSpot tracking banner as detailed above as the more easy solution however.
Let me know if this is helpful or if I have misunderstood your query, I would be happy to help you out further.
Best,
ConorSure thing,
I’ll keep looking into this for you and see if I can find what caused the white screen. Let me know if you encounter this issue again, more than happy to help ??
Good luck getting started with HubSpot! If you like the plugin, please don’t forget to leave a review!
Best,
ConorNo problem at all. If possible would you be able to share the console error that you are getting in safari? I’m sure there are other users like yourself experiencing this issue. If we can solve for the root cause of the issue, this would be optimal, for us and for you so that you don’t need to alter your current workflow in terms of which browser you are using ??
Regarding Yoast and HubSpot, there’s is no conflict between these two plugins in terms of interoperability. If you are enquiring more about the SEO impact of using HubSpot, it is variable depending on which HubSpot features you use. For instance if you are using HubSpot forms to capture leads, track website views or simply for email marketing, then the impact on SEO is quite minimal.I would advise enabling the features that you wish to use and the use a plugin like Yoast to gauge the SEO impact.

Hey @mery282,
looking into this for you now. Would you be able to share some details about your local set up to help us isolate the source of the issue. It would be great if you could provide me with:
– which browser you are using (and browser version)?
– which Operating System you are using?
– A HAR file when you are experiencing the issue. For steps on how to generate a HAR file, follow the steps laid out in the HubSpot knowledge base hereWhile we are looking into this issue for you, I would recommend trying a different browser.

ConorHi @scotttrsar,
Very happy we were able to help you out. Glad to hear also that we are one of the more accommodating development teams on the WordPress plugin store ??
If you are enjoying the plugin, and you do have a moment to spare, it would mean an awful lot to us if you could leave a review.
We are deploying the new version of the plugin right now so you should be able to update to a version with your requested change. Let me know if you have any other issues.
Best,
ConorHi Scott,
Thank you for the suggestion. We can add this semi colon / it will be in the next release. I will follow up here when we update.
Best,
ConorHey Deborah,
Marking this as resolved as I haven’t heard back from you in a while. Let me know if these steps did not resolve your issue ??
Best,
ConorHi Deborah,
Is it possible the tracking code is still installed on your website? Uninstalling the plugin will remove the tracking code but it is possible to have the tracking code installed independent of the plugin.
You can follow these steps to verify if the tracking code is still installed on your website.
Re Non-HubSpot forms still syncing, this will be the case if the tracking code is installed on your website and you have non-hubspot forms enabled in your hubspot settings. To turn this off. Go to:
– HubSpot settings
– Marketing
– Forms
-Non-HubSpot formsYou will be able to toggle “Collect data from website forms” here to turn this setting off. If you want to remove a hard code tracking code from your website, you will need to delete it from the source of your WordPress site. This will remove HubSpot from the website including any HubSpot forms, live chat or analytics on your webpages.
I hope this helps you resolve your issue, let me know if I have misunderstood your question.
