    Just wanted to let you know that we have already published the new languages! You can change them by going to Settings > Languages, and clicking on the ‘Edit’ symbol beside the language.

    Great points!

    In regards to each of them:
    1. You are absolutely right. In the first version, users will be able to personally change the message fields to their liking, including the messages in different languages. Later on, we plan on introducing user-side modifications to other elements of the app, so that our customers can have their ChatPirate fully personalized.
    2. We haven’t forgotten about Spanish. With the introduction of our new languages package, we’re implementing a new system for easy addition of new languages, and Spanish is 1st on our list ??

    We are currently adding our first package of new languages to ChatPirate, which should be available by the beginning of the next week. The package will include German, French, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Russian, Swedish, and of course Portuguese, as per your request ??

    Hello,

    The chatting and configuration are both done through a web application hosted on chatpirate.com, so to answer your question – yes, an agent would need to login on the ChatPirate website to chat with visitors. If that’s something preventing you from giving ChatPirate a try, I can assure you that even though in order to use ChatPirate you need to log in on an external website, it’s really simple and super easy to integrate with your WordPress website, and your session is stored for 30 days, meaning that during this period you’ll be automatically redirected to your account.

    Hello Steven,

    Thank you for trusting ChatPirate not once, but three times! ??

    In order to use one account for different WordPress websites, you need to simply log out of 2 of your 3 accounts, and log back in using the login information of your 3rd account, which will effectively unify all your WordPress websites under 1 ChatPirate licence. In other words, use the same login information for all websites.

    Hello Scott,

    We’re currently working on the Automatic Invitations feature to make it available in post-beta(after March 14). With Automatic invitations, you will be able to set up you own “conditions” for when to trigger live chat invitations, such as current page, total visits, total chats, user’s location. Furthermore, you will be able to set specific values for each of the mentioned conditions to trigger the chat invitations when you think is best (i.e. automatically invite people visiting the pricing page).

    To answer your concerns:

    1. At the moment we’re still putting finishing touches on the product, which includes completing all text within the software. However, I’ve spoken to the team and we’re going to be moving translations to a higher priority, as you and many of our customers have requested it. We might need help, so I hope we can count on you!
    2. We’re aware of the pre-chat survey affecting the widget’s visibility on some pages, and I’m happy to say that the problem has been fixed, and is only awaiting deploy on Monday. Thanks to your and other customers’ feedback this deploy will involve a number of important fixes, so please bear with us.

    If I understood you correctly, the issue you’re having with ChatPirate has to do with our obligatory account creation. If so, I assure you that it is a standard practice, meant to authenticate you to the system in order to receive access to the dashboard, and your personal information is kept private and secure. Furthermore, it allows us to improve your experience by saving your preferences.

    Hi!
    At this moment we have only the web app and operator can use it by a browser. Visitors can use chat window on mobile screen. Please be patient, our mobile app for operators is in progress!
