ok bheadrick I checked last option is partially satisfying my problem, actually it should ask at the time of addtocart option clicked form directly or product description page, and must it should collect the 15 digit code from customer and it should submit to shop owner, please bheadrick if you have an idea help me……

Sorry friend for late replay , it is problem of flash player you should install flash 10, it will solve the problem….. chatlainfo.com
