Getting the same error but slightly different.

Error
There is no connection with server. Link to stream is broken or something is blocking communication between your browser and server.
Details [VideoWeb]:
code: MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED net: NETWORK_NO_SOURCE url:{the url to the media file}

Except it works on the iphone, tablet, desktop but not Androids.

any ideas?

Hey, i deactivated W3 and it is still having the issue.
While I had the images back on, it was happening everyone now and then. I removed the image ads again and it stopped happening.

Yes I am using W3, I will remove it and see if it continues. I have added some image ads back to do testing with WP tool, though it really isn’t giving me much information. Only issue is shows is my PHP version should be higher.

Thank you, I wasn’t aware of wordpress having a site health tool. I was doing the debugging the way I know, check the inspect console, deactivate one plugin at a time, and check conflicts.

I talked with the hosting company they said it was a theme issue, but after I removed all of the image ads I am no longer having this issue. I thought it was a theme issue at first too till i read the error log.

Since I am using hostgator I am stuck at whatever they have, right now it is at 7.1.
The site memory WP_MEMORY_LIMIT is 256M.
And if it is a theme conflict that is going to be a bit of a problem, but the problem is gone now that the image ads aren’t up so I’m not sure if that is the problem.

I was having this issue and then I turned off shortpixel and bam everything worked again
