I have this same problem – free version shows fine, but of course I paid for Pro version and only get the loading spinner. No images. I’ve had to turn it off because otherwise there are no images.

This needs to be resolved immediately please. I have also sent you an email so you can contact me for a temporary login to fix it.

No idea to be honest. All I know is that out of 882 pages, at the moment I get this:

2 Guest 10 minutes – 185 697 –

Where 697 are Missed.

Would this purge, triggered however, lead to most of the pages being missed? Because this was not happening until the last 10 days and honestly I didn’t change anything.

Thanks, did all of that, can’t get anything to go into degug.purge.log.

But, crawler is running manually, cleared main log in debug.log and every entry is:

[28-Jan-2021 22:09:57 UTC] Connection refused

Just about every page is Cache Miss.

I will keep looking at degug.purge.log to see if it gets populated.

I had these and others related to the Analytics Reports and the data import, which I killed by deleting the new report data. They are literally creating tens of thousands of identical entries, often seconds apart, in wp_posts and wp_postmeta. I will also turn the new admin off.

Hi, I am having exactly the same problem. I have set and reset it, sometimes it works and most times it doesen’t.

I don’t have any plugins affecting categorisation. All simple products.

My log shows:

…. but nothing in the feed.
