I’m so sorry but I seem to be a real “beginner”. I do not find that path you indicated? When I go on my dashboard, there is no “support”? That is the case in both, Network Admin and also in the dashboard of the website.

I’d love to send you a screen shot but do not see how to insert it here? I am lost.

I just cannot set pretty permalinks. pages will not show if I do. Think I tried pretty much everything. so I set it back to “default” for website to at least run.

so far I did:
.htaccess file installed, settings allowed for rewrite, checked with my provider….

could anybody help? thank you so much.
