Hello thank you for your answer, but as explained in my previous message, I do not have access to the Ecommerce mail editor, only to the WordPress mail editor, yet everything is up to date in terms of plugins and WP and woocomerce is well installed.. I also manage more websites and the problem is present on all my sites. Waiting for your help. Cordially
