Hi,
We did what was proposed, but we are still getting tons of 500 errors. Mostly when we are doing something in the admin panel, like a new article. Visitors dont seem to have that problem.

ok, thanks for that very thorough answer!

Simple enough. Just go in “plugins”, then under “Facebook page promoter lightbox”, click on “edit” (if you don’t see an edit buton, you can do the same using ftp). In the list of files on the right, select “plugin.php”. Search through the file and change all the widths from 400 to 290 (5 in total). Click on “update file”.

I thought it might have been because of my theme, but using Twenty Seventeen didn’t solve the issue… No plugin appears to be causing the issue since I tried deactivating all of them and the problem is still there…

Hi,
I already read this and cleared my caches both server side and client side.
(also, I do have W3 Total cache, but having it or not doesn’t seem to change anything…)
