I created a new test system with a brand new clean install of everything including the latest PHP release and see the issue… patch coming soon.

I just tested with iThemes Security Pro 1.15.3 with no issues.
I did get a warning on the iThemes code:
Notice: Undefined variable: url in /var/www/downloaded_plugins/ithemes-security-pro/lib/icon-fonts/init.php on line 37However that will not cause a fatal error.
If you can turn on WP_DEBUG and/or check the web server error log files and report back any Store Locator Plus specific errors that will help me hunt it down & fix it.

That is an issue in WordPress core with shared taxonomy tables where any category with the same name(slug) used a SHARED database entry. It has been a long-standing issue in WP Core ever since custom taxonomies were introduced (back in 2.8 or somewhere near there). They just fixed this in version 4.2.2 of WordPress core which now requires a major update to Tagalong (or any other plugin that uses WordPress categories/taxonomies) to attempt to remedy the situation.
Luckily new/clean installs won’t have this problem, but deconstructing cross-linked categories is a chore. WP Core has provided several functions to deal with this but it won’t be easy to automate. We are working on it, however.

Google is all-over-the-map (pun intended) with their address lookup service lately. We are always working toward refining the process and are investigating non-Google services as an option due to the recent inconsistency.

The GPS coordinates the plugin assigns to locations comes from the Google Mapping API V3 provided for free API accounts (unless you have paid for an OEM license and entered your registered client ID and key in general settings).
Google purposefully keeps outdated and errant data in the public free API (and paid API for that matter). They admitted this is the case but cannot give a valid explanation as to why.
You can edit lat/long for any location in the DB. I often use OSM and GetLatLong to validate addresses Google locates incorrectly.

In reply to: [Store Locator Plus?] Poor Service@lorrell.guru – I have gone through all of the email support and forum request and cannot find a “submitted ticket”. Paid support is not the only option, I only request people use the online forum first so I don’t answer the same questions every few days.
Without the forums first I would receive over 100 email support requests for things like “how do I set a new starting point on the map?” that are answered in the online documentation.
A new email support system via Gravity Forms and a recent hire for customer service will help address questions and provide improved support going forward.
If you did have support question I’d really like to know what email/username it was under so I can figure out why it went missing or unanswered.

The frequent updates for the base plugin are primarily due to notable changes in the plugin update system (most recently) preceded by a series of updates due to security patches or update releases by WordPress. Whenever WP Core releases an update I test against my latest development code, which warrants an update.
Work is about to shift back to the premium add-on packs and some upgraded service for Premium Membership subscribers. The base plugin updates should be back to once-or-twice per month soon.

A bug fix in the SLP plugin caused a problem in Enhanced Results that has been patched. If that is not the issue please contact me via info@.
