Thanks for the quick response. It works perfectly! However, the change doesn’t seem to be effective on the whole database. I have modified the default profile form as well but the change doesn’t appear for users who registered prior to the change. Is there any way to make update it for all users concerned?

Unfortunately, I tried to change the permalink base several time but doesn’t help.

Let me know if there is anything else that I can try.

I check the member directories, all roles are activated.

All my users are approved. Is there any character in the Username that could cause a problem? I have noticed that this user is the only one with a underscore in his name.
