I found the plugin that was causing this issue – BJ Lazy Load. As soon as I deactivated it, the form with the captcha began working properly.

I am using the regular wordpress login.

enable jquery migrate helper – This plugin solved the issue and now WPBakery plugin has reappeared in my editor.

Deactivated All in One SEO, didn’t help. Also noticed an issue with screen options and help tabs at top of page. Both are showing, but nothing happens when you click on them.

Hi, I deactivated plugins one at a time and found the plugin that was causing the issue – WP Accessibility.
Now the new window links are working fine with that plugin deactivated.

Hi, I viewed the link you sent and duplicated the actions in the video on 3 different links. It didn’t work, the links still open in the same window.

I have a website cochf.coop which used visual composer to build its pages. Just after the most recent wp update I started having connection issues every time I edited a page using visual composer. I get this error message – Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case. The site is now extremely slow even though we have upgraded the hosting plan at GoDaddy.

Hello,

After bypassing the firewall, I was able to replicate the slowness issues and timing out issues that you have described. Since this is a member area, the firewall will not cache any pages when editing with visual composer so it is pulling content down directly from the host.
You can also perform the same test by placing the following in your hosts file:

In talking to them they seem to feel the problem is with the plugin and asked to to contact the developer. I can’t get support as I use the free version of the plugin which comes with most premium themes so I am asking here. I have over 40 websites I have built with visual composer and hosted with GoDaddy. I am trying to determine if this really is a visual composer problem or some other problem tied to GoDaddy.

Right now its impossible for me to edit my pages on cochf.coop because the moment I start clicking to edit an element with visual composer I keep getting loss of connection, then it comes back, then it goes again and the entire site is extremely slow.

I was able to fix the issue by adding the plugin contact form 7 – recaptcha which allowed me to add the Google Captcha version 2 back to my forms. Now the forms work.

Same with me, now I get this error message when trying to submit a form – “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

Also why does the plugin still say it integrates with Google Captcha when no captcha is available in the form builder?

I just noticed something. I am doing auto updates of your plugin through the GoDaddy Pro Dashboard. The update version is from 1.15.2 to 1.15.3. How can there be 2 different versions?

I will do that, however this is a monor problem compared to the inability to upload to the media library when the plugin is activated. If that can’t be resolved then this plugin is useless for my needs.

Correct, I had to deactivate the plugin to upload a PDF document and a jpg. It seems if i have more than one window open on the site, I constantly get asked to login again. Half the time the pop-up login comes without the captcha and that login fails. The other half, it does come with the captcha and then the login works.

Yes I know. I was wondering if it may be tied to the WooCommerce plugin. If not, then I guess I should remove it, right?
