Hi there, yes I have excatly the same issue with latest wp 6.2.2. and 22 theme. I even do not see the text in the editor…

Hi James, thank you for your quick reply. After updating everything the problem is solved. Import works as expected also after migration to Event Calender 6. Kind regards, Markus
