I’m having a very strange problem in that when I save a post (unpublished) it date stamps it December 31, 1969, but when I publish it the proper date appears on the post. I noticed this happening today, coincidentally at the same time as my ‘adsense’ button stopped inserting code into posts.
To see if the two issues are related I deactivated and then deleted ‘adsense’ plugin, the reinstalled and activated it. Still getting both the date problem and ‘adsense’ isn’t working, even though it was fine when first installed.
All very confusing and I don’t know where to start re: troubleshooting.
