Hi Roch,

I made a test setup to showcase the problem. It seems to be the problem is when pulling the players for a team, it is ignoring the Season value.

Here is a test player, Timmy Tester. Notice he is on Bug Hunters in Division 3, but only for season W2015-2016.

Then I created a new match with Bug Hunters, with the Season W2016-2017.

Notice Timmy still shows up. That is completely incorrect by basic “IF-AND-OR” logic. The seasons do not match up.

Hopefully you can fix this in the next release, but in the meantime I will need to know where to fix this as my league managers are complaining heavily.

I couldn’t fix it, but I made a new one and just added -2 to the slug. Still not sure why it occurred.

You can only upload a CSV containing Date, Time, Venue, Home, Away.

For Competition and Division, it is listed at the top when you import.

In other words, you can’t set these per-match, they must be set per-upload.

Partially related, could you elaborate on the Season Archive feature? Is it only for Pro? This could help the problem I’m having in my other thread. I see it mentioned but don’t see it on my installation.

29 Brad Folliott is the player is question. But I fear it’s happening to everyone who played past seasons on different teams and competitions.

The W2015-2016 season is over, no more games scheduled either. S2016 has it’s first game on the 22.

We always have 5 Divisions, they don’t end.

Is there any way to mark a season as being complete so it knows?

A Bulk edit feature would make things a bit easier, yes, as usually our players change teams between seasons. A handful remain the same.

Very close! The Team was activated, however Career Total remained unselected (although again looks like the script wasn’t written to activate it).

Also, it never added Past Teams. However, I realize this one is probably impossible to automate, as you wouldn’t know which Season was which Team without intervention. So it’s just a heads up, and nothing that needs to be fixed. As long as the next time you use this script, it doesn’t change values already in place (eg it should only change the “- NONE -” value).

When you visited this player’s page, it said she played in Spartans both S2016 and W2015-2016, despite Current Team being Spartans and Past Team being Willow Salon (Leafs).

Big question then is will this be integrated in an upcoming update? Our season switch begins on Monday, I would love to have a built in update button this.

I still need the above as well.
