Unfortunately it looks like our plugin isn’t able to help with your main goal. We can reprice your items on Amazon against other sellers, but this does not include comparison with eBay.
ChannelUnity can list items on eBay for you though.

To address your connection issue, all you need to do is go to Woocommerce > Settings > ChannelUnity tab. In here enter the login details of the ChannelUnity account you wish to connect. Save the changes and that’s it! The account will then be linked.

The ChannelUnity plugin is Free. It simply connects a WooCommerce store to a ChannelUnity account. A ChannelUnity account has a 14 day free trial period for customers to evaluate the service and following that is paid so we hoped that it would be best worded that way with the plugin rather than set an expectation that connecting multiple sales channels directly to your woocommerce store, includes an Amazon repricer, eBay listing theme designer, bulk listing, order imports direct into WooCommerce etc etc is a service that can be provided free of charge.
