Hi @hristo-sg.
You reply doesn’t make much sense to me.
“When installed in WordPress Multisite SG Optimizer will not allow the activation of Memcached. Our testings confirm that the memory pool is getting used up too fast with Memcached on Multisite, and it is why the option has been removed for such installations.”
I don’t understand the memory pool problem? I have found some solution online to do this manual with wp-config for multisite. If I can do it manual then why it is not possible with SG Optiimiser plugin?
“As for the second part of your question, the setup will remain the same for now. It will allow you to edit the SG Optimizer settings for each subsite separately as we believe users will want more control.”
OK. But why can’t you do both? Give the super admin user a option whether they want subsite users to have control or not? Then there is no issue here! If super admin says no control then remove it on all sites.
“Of course, we keep all feedback and will react accordingly if there is a demand for a feature that makes sense.”
@samful also wants the feature to have global option to hide these settings from all subsites. I think not just us but many other users want this too.
Please consider more this. Because otherwise it is very good plugin this far.
Also please can you provide more response on this. Especially the memory pool problem?
Sorry Hristo. I thought it is better make new topic for you. Please ignore this one and see my other topic with same questions:

Hi @hristo-sg.
What a wonderful plugin! 2 problems though.
I am using WP Multisite (WPMS) only. It seems like it isn’t possible to use SiteGround Memcached on WPMS? Both on the main site and subsites, I can’t see any options to turn this on. I also tried turning on memcached via cpanel. But no joy here. Are you working on making this possible in a future version of the plugin???
Secondly I don’t want subsites to be able to change any settings for SuperCacher etc. However the only way to hide these settings from subsites is to go to Newtork->Sites and edit the subsite settings. This would be much better if we can have a global option to hide these settings from all subsites.
Please let me know about my questions.
Thank you again for this great plugin.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] In one word, NO! Please read FULL reviewHi @jamieedwards & @confusedfire.
Problem is they consider this only a temporary measure, so those whose sites Gutenberg breaks can stick with the Tinymce editor a little longer.
Why should we have to install a plugin anyway? Why not install Gutenberg if you actually want it? :-(.
