I downloaded wordfence assistant and uninstalled wordfence and deleted all the tables and installed again. Everything works normal now.

Hello wfyann. No i didn’t tried those things but i want to change the settings of Rate Limiting Rules but unable to save those settings. Is there any way i can edit those values in Cpanel? Is it possible?

install Antimalware by eli and wordfence firewall and scan it from both of them and remove any threat.

Also you can scan your website online from virustotal.

I deleted cache and enabled it again and its back again. My hosting provider confirmed that there is no infection and virustotal also shows no infection. Strange its coming back every time when i activate W3total cache.

That was created by a theme which i already deleted. Now whenever i try to delete its coming back to the same folder in cache.
