In reply to: [Captain Slider] Slides full-width despite height and width settingsI’m creating a different site now, and having the same trouble. The fix you suggested (wrapping the slider in a div with a specified width) prevents the slider from being responsive in Chrome as well as Firefox and IE9. Example

In reply to: [Google Doc Embedder] GDE Profiles Issue v2.5b2I just upgraded to 2.5 and saw “GDE Error: Unable to load profile settings” on the front-end. I went to the plugin’s settings and saw an error about the profile (sorry, I didn’t record it). I simply deactivated and reactivated the plugin, and that fixed it.

In reply to: [Captain Slider] Slides full-width despite height and width settingsThat doesn’t work for me, at least not in Firefox or IE9. As you can see on this page, I used
<div style="width: 500px;"> [slider id="7"] </div>
and the slider doesn’t shrink when I resize the browser below 500px wide.

In reply to: [Captain Slider] Slides full-width despite height and width settingsI’m using the shortcode in a page (inserted via editor). The inline styling you suggested works (as does
max-width
), but makes the slider no longer responsive. Other sliders like Soliloquy Lite allow you to set max dimensions and still have the slider remain responsive. Unfortunately, all the other sliders I’ve tried have other shortcomings, which led me to yours.I just noticed the same thing; in Chrome and IE9, the player is Flash, not HTML5 as it should be for those browsers. The source code in Chrome and IE9 includes
<!-- Audio shortcode source not set -->
. I have no other audio plugins installed (I deleted the MediaElement.js plugin during my testing). That worked! Thank you very much, Tim!
Tim, I see that option, but that just sets a static subject for all emails. What I’m looking for is a way to create a subject field, visible on the front-end, where a visitor can type the subject of their message. What they enter in that subject field would be used as the subject line in the resulting email.

eclessia, in your Backup to SugarSync box, try setting the Root to Web Archive or another location (not Deleted Files). You can also specify the folder to use inside that location.
I just tested the dev version with Hostmonster (owned by Bluehost, with the same shared SSL configuration) and still get redirect errors and 404 pages when trying to secure my login. All I want to do is use my shared SSL to secure my login form.
I’d be happy to help troubleshoot. Just let me know what details you need.
