Same in here, no solution for more than 2 weeks. I guess I will remove the plugin and ask refund.

I started to have the same problem since the morning and couldn’t resolved it.

Sorry to say that I unlinked the plugin and removed from my WordPress. I installed the post-smtp plugin and it worked like a charm!

Checked the console and there is no javascript error.

Having the exact same issue! We need support from WPOptimize team…
