There is new upgrade of Icyclub (the offending plugin) and consultp. Before that upgrades I recommend the installation of WP Rollback or similar. It permits to reverse the upgrades.

People of themeansar released an upgrade of consultp theme 2 hours after my post. It solved the situation. The new version is 1.9.9.22.
Issue solved with an upgrade of consultp theme.
