Yes that worked. Will see how I can fix the script error then.
Thanks.
Still no luck. I deactivated the Litespeed plugin, reloaded the website a couple of times and browsed some, but the statistics are still empty. Again it does show visitors and pageviews on the Dashboard though
No change. Weird thing is that is does show live stats for today on the Dashboard..
Also the site uses PHP 7.4, which I know is outdated. Would that be an issue?

In reply to: [Burst Statistics - Privacy-Friendly Analytics for WordPress] Loading timeHey Hessel,
Thanks for replying. Yeah I’m using the litespeed caching plugin LSCache. After enabling the javascript defering option the problem seems to be fixed. So all is good now!
Thanks.

In reply to: [WP Cerber Security, Anti-spam & Malware Scan] Own server IP being locked outThe URL’s are all random files on the website.
I investigated a little further by disabling plugins one by one and it turns out Swift Performance Lite caching plugin was causing it somehow.
I don’t think it is a security issue but Cerber logs Swift creating the cached files of the website and thinks it is unauthorized access to those files.
Maybe this can be looked into. For now I have installed another caching plugin as to not have my activity log overloaded with entries.
Hi Gijo,
That’s a little bit too easy I think. I understand that the issue is with Statically tecnically speaking.
But what it also means is that you now offer a plugin that misses certain functionality that should be there. Why else create a purge button if it doesn’t work anyway?
It seems to me it is also in your own interest to fix this by either removing that button and clearly display a message to users that the cache cannot be purged, or contact Statically yourself to figure out what is going and hopefully provide a fix to your users.
Hi Daan,
Apologies for the late reply.
So yeah I checked again and indeed the auto detect seems to work much better! It detects the exact font(s) I am using instantly now. The only thing is it now shows all the available font weights for the font. In this case Roboto and will show 100 t/m 900 both italic and regular while I am only using 400 and 600 regular.
It is not a big problem though since I only have to select the ones I’m using and then add it to the que. But maybe this can be improved too in a future release.

In reply to: [CAOS | Host Google Analytics Locally] Analytics.js won’t loadWhoops noob mistake. I checked when logged in as an admin…
So it works perfectly ??
Hi Mateusz,
Ok, so it works! The images are being served in webp now. I contacted the host and they confirmed the redirect rule was correct and should work.
Turns out the problem was the “Really Simple SSL” plugin conflicting with WebP Converter. Specifically, the Mixed Content Fixer function. Somehow it forced the images to be served in the original format.
I solved it by uninstalling and reinstalling the Really Simple SSL plugin. After that, the images are now being served as webp.
I also tested the same steps on another host and website I manage where I could not get the WebP Converter to work either and it works there too now after doing the same steps.
Thanks so much for your help Mateusz. Maybe I should have tried this before asking support and waste your time, but at least it works and if other people have this issue there is a simple solution for it.
Thanks, I’ve opened up a ticket and waiting for a response.
Meanwhile, if this is of any use to you, I tried to test the mod_rewrite by doing the following:
1. Create a folder in the root called /test/
2. Create a .htaccess with:RewriteEngine On RewriteRule ^.*$ index.php
3. Create a index.php with:
<?php print 'mod_rewrite works!'; ?>
when accessing the /test/index.php it confirms the mod_rewrite is working.
I’ll update you when I have info from the host.
I just sent the email with requested information. Keep me posted or let me know if you need more info.
Thanks!
Hey Mateusz thanks for helping out.
I’m still working on the site so I can just give you access without problem. I have backups so you can do whatever you need to do.Can you let me know which login details you want? (WP Admin, FTP) and how I can share it with you? I can email it or send trough LastPass.
Ok cool, thanks
