In reply to: [IgniteUp - Coming Soon and Maintenance Mode] Compact Template QuestionsHi @gmorgan1,
Thanks for using IgniteUp and our Compact template.
1. Yes some of our templates has a Name field in it and the column is to set those values to your database.
2. IgniteUp is sending contact form email to the email address you have given under the Receive email address option in the Common Options tab of IgniteUp options page. Do you have any SMTP or mail sender plugin installed? I checked your site and couldn’t see any error with your Javascript. If it’s not sending, it should be on server side.
3. We are really sorry we have missed it in the development. For now, you will have to edit template files to make changes. You can find it in the 24th line of
template\js\contact_me.js
file. We have noted the issue and will get you a fix soon.4. Are you sure about this? Did you fill social links under Social Icons in Common Options tab of IgniteUp options page?
As a premium template user, you can contact us directly if you still have further questions via support[at]getigniteup[dot]com.

Hi @meda2289,
You can use our Custom CSS feature to add @import code for any of Google Fonts.
And also use a Custom CSS line to assign your font-family to the text fields. You can find a guide on how to use Google Fonts, after adding your font to the collection in Google fonts website.
Hope it helps.
Thanks!Hi @improve21,
Thank you for using IgniteUp. Unfortunately we don’t have name field in any of our bundled templates. That’s totally because of the design structure with those templates.
To fix the issue, you will have to turn off requiring the name field from your Mailchimp list or you can get one of templates here which has a name field available : https://getigniteup.com/templates/. Currently Cool template is the only option you have to face this issue.
I’m taking this situation to our notes and we will definitely will take actions on this matter soon.
Thanks for letting us know!

In reply to: [IgniteUp - Coming Soon and Maintenance Mode] Demo 3 – widthHi @thebutterfly,
You have to edit template files to achieve this officially. Or if you are good at CSS, you can try using custom css also.
To change the paragraph text width from files, you have to change Twitter Bootstrap classes in the line 54 of includes/templates/offline/offline.php file.
Change it to
col-lg-8 col-lg-offset-2 col-sm-12
to make it more wider.
Or to narrow it down usecol-lg-4 col-lg-offset-4 col-sm-12
.Hope it helps.
Thanks!Try the following CSS line to move logo up. It will move the content below the logo as well.
.main-container{margin-top:20px !important;}
Hope it helps.
Thanks! Please let us know the template you are talking about.
Hi @talcioc.
Thanks for your feedback.
For little design tweaks like you’ve noted, you can use the Custom CSS feature which allows you to add any of CSS codes to customize the template according to your needs.
Please find the Custom CSS option in the General tab of IgniteUp options page. You can also use any other Custom CSS plugins with IgniteUp. Using custom CSS is the only way to customize templates.
Thanks for using IgniteUp!
Cheers!Hi @tawoyinka87,
Thanks for your feedback about the Compact template.
I checked your site and the issue you are facing is a popup coming from your theme or another plugin. To hide these elements, please add the following line of CSS to the Custom CSS option in the IgniteUp options page.
#kleo-login-modal, #kleo-lostpass-modal{display:none !important;}
It will solve your issue.
Thanks!
