I’m really sorry that you experiencing this issue. But this is a known issue. We have already fixed it and will be available for you in the next update.
While you are using the current version, you can fix this issue by adding the following line into the Custom CSS option in the IgniteUp options page.
.text-box {height:44px;padding:0 18px !important;}
It should fix your issue. Don’t hesitate to let us know if it didn’t.

We tested running both plugins (Visual Composer and Yoast SEO) with IgniteUp, but unfortunately it didn’t show any conflicts for us.
Can you please contact us via support[at]ceylonsystems[dot]com. So we can assist you with this issue further.
Also include the list of plugins which are active in your WordPress installation.

Thank you for flagging this issue.
We caught the issue and will provide a fix for this in upcoming updates.For now, you can fix this issue by adding the following CSS code to the Custom CSS field in IgniteUp Options page.
#wpadminbar{display:none;}

Yes we have used
background-size:cover;
property for background image to cover the screen in every device resolution.If you need to make it 100%, use the following code and it will do the fix.
body::after{background-size: 100% !important;}
But keep in mind to test mobile responsiveness after this modification.In addition: we will be adding a Custom CSS option for you to use for customizing our templates without editing the plugin files, in our next update.

We are really sorry that you are having this issue. But that’s really strange what you are experiencing. We confirmed that setting is working on our every testing server.
The credit text is always hidden by the default, and if you enabled it still you can hide it by unchecking the Powered by IgniteUp option and saving the options.
Can you try deactivating and activating the plugin? And let us know if it worked.

Can you recheck and confirm that still there are no any email addresses listing in the IgniteUp > Subscribers page?
