In reply to: [IgniteUp - Coming Soon and Maintenance Mode] Not working on MobileHi @andybookie,
Yes all 04 IgniteUp templates are mobile responsive.
But in your instance I think there is some conflict with your WordPress theme. It’s seems like your theme is showing a separate style for mobile phones. Can you please let us know little information about your active theme?
Thanks!

Hi @monarudek,
Okay now I can see your problem.
This is because of a wrong technique using by your WordPress theme. This is not something wrong from our end.But you can still fix it, just add following CSS line to the Custom CSS field in the IgniteUp options page. It will hide the menu from coming soon page.
#jPanelMenu{display:none !important;}
Let us know if it fixed your problem.
Thanks!
Hi @monarudek,
I’m really sorry that IgniteUp isn’t working as expected for you. But I’m not so clear about the problem you are experiencing.
Can you post a link to a screenshot of the menu you are seeing in the coming soon page. So we can understand what’s the exact situation you are facing with.
You can also mail us on support[at]ceylonsystems[dot]com.
Looking forward for your reply.Thanks!

I’m sorry about this issue you are facing. However we did check it with Android Twitter browser and it’s working without any problem in it. But yes, there is some conflict in iOS version.
We will look further on this and give this a fix. Thanks for letting us know about this problem.

Hi @jaredlbell,
I’m sorry you had to face this problem.
Is this the domain you are talking about? https://jared.com.au
I think the domain is expired and it shows me a “buy this domain” page. And I guess may be it’s the problem you were facing. And due to DNS differences you directed to the web server from one browser and in other device it directed to the same page that I can see now?
I’m marking this as resolved. But please let me know if it’s not the problem or if you sent me a wrong domain. I’d happy to help you. ??
Thanks!

In reply to: [IgniteUp - Coming Soon and Maintenance Mode] Glass Template RenderingHi @dburney,
Thanks for appreciating the IgniteUp plugin. It’s a pleasure to hear.
I’m sorry that you had to face this problem. But the problem you are facing should be because a CSS conflict from a theme or another plugin. So you should find which plugin or theme cause this conflict.
When IgnteUp loads the maintenance mode page, there’s a dequeue process happening to remove all other stylesheets that has been registered in the WordPress default way. So that those styles won’t conflict with our templates.
But from some themes and/or plugins, they are forcing some CSS to be printed. So those type of CSS styles will make conflicts with our templates.
I’m suggesting you to switch to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Fifteen and try deactivating your recent installed plugins one by one.
Like you said if it worked well before few days back, it’s something you have installed after the days it worked.
I hope you find your conflict. And let us know if you find the specific plugin or theme did cause this conflict so we can see if we have a fix for it to avoid it in the future. ??
Thanks!

In reply to: [IgniteUp - Coming Soon and Maintenance Mode] Can't login when is activatedHi @nacho3d,
Thank you for your feedback.
About the problem you are having, I guess you are using some custom login page or URL in your installation to cause this problem. But please let us know if I’m wrong and if you are using the default login page and the URL.I’m really sorry, but currently in the version 2.0, IgniteUp is not supporting custom login pages. We are looking into this matter and trying to give that possibility also.
But also thanks for your suggestion, I just added it to our list of feature suggestions and will be considered in the next updates. ??
Thanks!
