In reply to: [IgniteUp - Coming Soon and Maintenance Mode] Problem in background colourHi @csaksham,
I’m sorry that you are having this issue. But it’s happening with a conflict of your WordPress theme.
But I looked into your matter personally and giving you a quick fix. Please add the following lines of CSS into the Custom CSS option in the IgniteUp options page.
html{height:100% !important;} body{background: BGCOLOR !important; color: FCOLOR !important;}
Please replace text BGCOLOR with your needed background color hex (Some color like #F1F1F1 ). Replace FCOLOR with a hex color code for fonts.
Let me know if it fixed your problem.
Thanks!

In reply to: [IgniteUp - Coming Soon and Maintenance Mode] Customizing the Form TextsSure we will let you know for that. We are really worrying about your 4 star rating. We will provide your features very soon.
Thanks.
You can add both, logo and subscribe feature in the Glass template. Please switch to it.
It’s hardly possible with the design of the Launcher template to add a place for a logo. Hope you understand that. But thanks for the suggestion. We will try our best to serve them.
Thanks!

In reply to: [IgniteUp - Coming Soon and Maintenance Mode] Locked out of admin accountHi @iseestarz,
We are really sorry you had to face this situation. Are you using some other plugin for a custom login URL? IginteUp support the login page but not custom login pages with any theme or a plugin.
Now to resolve this problem, using a FTP account or control panel file manager, go to site’s
plugins
directory and follow one of following steps.Follow these only if you have experienced before. Or contact the developer for help. Deleting a wrong file / folder can break the entire website. And please keep a full website backup before you proceed.
1. Safely delete or rename
igniteup
folder (You can install again). So it will disable IgniteUp and site will show you the login page.
2. Disable forcing custom login URL. If it was changed by a plugin, delete that plugin folder. This way you can use the coming soon page in the future.Again, do the above things only if you know what you are going to do. One of the above two methods should resolve the problem for you locked out problem. Let us know the result.
Thanks!
