This is a known bug in our video background feature and we are working hard to get you a fix for this.

We are using Tubular jQuery plugin for the video background feature and it doesn’t support mobile phone browsers. But we are working on it looking for further improvements for this feature.

Currently, Google Hangouts on Air supporting 10 people hosting it. And unlimited number of viewers. Read more here https://support.google.com/plus/answer/2459411.

If you are having 10 or less people on the webinar (people which are hosting / instructors) it’s the right fit. Your webinar can be watched by unlimited number of viewers of course.

Seems like you are looking for a way to embed your WordPress webinar into another website with an iframe.

If I’m correct, you can create an iframe with the following code. Please replace the [WEBINARURL] with the webinar URL that you can find in the webinar page.

<iframe src="[WEBINARURL]" frameborder="0" style="width:100%;height:700px;"></iframe>

Hi Derek,

It’s coming from another plugin or your theme. Can you disable any Pinterest plugins you have installed? Or stop Pinterest support (Temporally as long as you are on coming soon mode) from your theme configuration page.

I’m sorry you are facing this issue. I think it’s one of your other plugins causing this problem for you.

If you can, please check by deactivating your other plugins one by one and find the plugin causing this issue for you.

And please let us know if you found the plugin so we can look into fixing the conflict.
