Hi icosmedia, i have the same issue, and i resolved in this way:
-Edit the event title template (src/views/v2/list/event/title.php)
-add this line (style=”background-color:white;color:black;”) after this(<h3 class=”tribe-events-calendar-list__event-title tribe-common-h6 tribe-common-h4–min-medium”)
-add this (style=”color:black;”) after the text (rel=”bookmark”)
