Hi,

I have another WP site hosting on the same GoDaddy account and it doesn’t have this issue.

I went ahead and updated all the plugins, deactivated them, and switched to use the Twenty Sixteen theme. But it still doesn’t resolve the problem on this site. I was using plugins like MailChimp and WPML. But I had deactivated them already. Should I rule out the problem was caused by them?

Will any WP expert be able to help me on this?

When I deactivated all the plugins and switched to Twenty Sixteen theme, I can still see the jQuery error. Does it mean i need to update jQuery 1.12 on wp-admin? Can you please let me know what I should do next?

I had re-activated the plugins now. As you will see on the link below, the ticker now is scrolling right below the top nav. But the post content is now truncated, showing the first 150 letters only.
