Sorry we can mark as resolved, I solved the issue.

I simply left the field role blank so the default subscriber role was assigned.

And another thing, how can I change the shop page catalog title in category and products?

I am using WPML I need to use “Product Catalog” and translations instead of “Products” like you can see in this screenshot but WPML can’t find the strings.
