Man. This plugin was great before the last update. Now it’s stuck with this:

“Your database needs to be upgraded following the latest Popup Maker or Popup Maker extension update.”

Deactivating and will use in the future once it’s figured out.

Jesus Christ. Why couldn’t the question just be answered? Why does this person with a legitimate issue have to be redirected somewhere else? Other people read these and can use these. Instead, we have to go on a wild goose chase to find the answer.

It doesn’t make sense, because guess what? Some of us don’t know what you’re talking about, because we don’t build these kinds of things.

Consider me a beginner. Why would I want to use a plugin that requires me to learn CSS? I thought that’s what the plugin was for, so I wouldn’t have to do the behind the scenes work. If I wanted to learn the coding side of it, then I wouldn’t need your plugin. I would just code it myself.

I feel like a color picker would take all the hassle out of that. A few seconds versus all of the other stuff. I mean really, hire someone to change the color of the add to cart button? I’ve been able to manage to make it through WordPress without having any prior knowledge to CSS because other plugins seem to include this, but I guess I should go and watch some ‘tutorials’ to figure this out.

I think sometimes internet companies forget that not everyone is equipped to understand CSS. They assume people should just figure it out because they did.

Nevermind. Figured out the problem. It was an issue where there were blank images uploaded. Don’t ask me why.

What screen shot do I need to send? Because I have it selected on to show Facebook, Google+ and Twitter, but all it shows in the pop up is twitter. There is a problem with your plugin. It doesn’t work as advertised.

this was the gibberish that was showing up on social networks. Pay attention to the description in the posts https://www.centexhiphop.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/SS.jpg

what would happen was, people would click on a link (let’s say on twitter), and it would pull up a white page full of only those symbols. I didn’t take any screenshots of these pages but it wasn’t until I disabled the plugin that everything was working again. I had multiple complaints about this.

same thing happened with me. People have been complaining about site gibberish. Had to turn it off

No it doesn’t give any errors because it switches off by itself. I have the settings set for the other social networks, twitter, pinterest, google plus and tumblr, but for some odd reason the one for facebook just shuts itself off. only on the auto reposting.

So I’m supposed to just set a default image? It seems that the plugin was posting everything fine until a few days ago. What happens when you schedule your posts to go out at a certain time? I don’t publish a post, it’s always scheduled.
