Got It. But still confused.
I reinstalled WP 4.1.1 and then ran a new scan. Everything now shows OK. I haven’t a clue what this was. I guess just an FYI for anyone else.
Great Plugin. I need to take more time to learn and configure. MY BAD.

I have the link that is associated with the “Click here to update now”

I am by no means an expert, but this would be to update the core.php in my wordpress site? There is no version 4.4.2.
