This issue still remains with version 3.4.2.
There also seems to be something odd going on with the times shown in the Last run on column in the Dashboard.
I ran all three scans at around the same time, 11:52 AM. Both the Core Scanner and Vulnerablity scans show that exact time, but the File System one shows an hour earlier?
