I’m having the same issue as of a couple weeks ago. I have a text field for Special Instructions on my product page. After entering some text and adding the product to my cart, the field does not appear in the cart. This was working right up until a couple weeks ago, so I don’t know if an update occurred that broke it. Working with verion 1.3.5.
Was there a fix to the original problem here by ShedBoy_1357?
If not, would it be possible to roll by my version to before the last update?

Sorry, I didn’t realize it hadn’t posted. Just got it posted now.

Done. Switched to Potent Plugins ticket.

The shipping add-on for Dokan products has not been installed, so it is not a result of our vendor plugin.
If this is a bug, I am happy to open a bug report.

The flat rate shipping cost is a straight $10.
We’re using Dokan, and the vendors ship together.

Can you confirm that the ticket was created? I did not receive an email confirmation.

All my attribute names are two words, and the auto-generation of the pa_ name for all of them is the same, with the hyphen between the two words. All of these pa_ fields result in a blank spreadsheet.

Thank you so much for your response. In fact, I had tried adding that custom field when I was troubleshooting at the beginning, but any pa_ additions renders the report blank, save for the headers. Can you suggest a solution for that problem?
