Hi Celenie,

As our valued merchant, first and foremost, we would like to apologize for the stirred up trouble (given the short notice) regarding the email sent out by Priority Payment Systems (PPS). We would like to confirm that the email is accurate.

Simplify Commerce will no longer support PPS as our partnered acquirer, after the cut-off date (September 1st). If you wish to continue processing after the cut-off date, please follow the steps provided on the email. Your account details will be migrated to MXMerchant and will be processing transaction through their API Keys as well. You will no longer need to contact us, nor need us for support

Kindly coordinate with them directly using this using this phone number: 1-866-655-9221. Please note that their over-the-phone assistance center is open from Mondays through Fridays, 8 AM to 9 PM EST.

Hi there,
I had the same issue before, and just not updated to the latest version of Virtue.

I cleared the site cache and then re-ran the PHP check on SiteGround and voila! No more warning about Virtue incompatibility with PHP 7.0.

Hi, I have the latest version of the plugin, but for me the page out animation saves, but just doesn’t work at all.

The page in animation works just fine.

@petrut – thank you, but I do not know how to turn off ModSecurity for the account, nor if I can since I do not manage my own server.

@pim (plugin author) – do you have advice beyond exporting/importing it again? I have tried repeatedly to know avail.
