I figured it out myself just now: wp-admin/profile.php was disabled and that is the page that the Shop Manager gets redirected to after logging in.

thanks for your reply. I am aware of the fact that the IP address determines where the user comes from but how can I make sure that depending on the IP-Adress a different link will open?

Or at least: It should show a different advertising (that I define) depending in the users IP-area (country).
