In reply to: How to import external JSON file with API keysMary,
I can’t thank you enough for both of your helpful posts! I really appreciate the time you took to lay out both options clearly including the potential of using WP All Import. I’m going to try these out this week!
Thank you again sooo much—you have already made me feel much less stressed. ??
Cheers!
Hi, I tried again and it wants to redirect me here to the free forums again. I’m going to have our hosting company who owns the license submit a ticket on my behalf. If that doesn’t work, I’ll try [email protected]. Thanks…
Hi there,
Unfortunately the academia hosting service we use carries the licenses for all WP plugins on their multi-site network (they control the plugins and we can’t add any on our own) and I don’t have access to it.
I tried using your link and after filling out the form fields regarding a Search topic, it doesn’t show a submit button:
“Before you open a ticket…
Have you seen our documentation about?creating a search form?”Am I out of luck?

In reply to: [Breadcrumb NavXT] Multisite Home not appearing on Site HomeHi, I had updated a thread on this last week, but my response isn’t displaying in the thread so trying again…
I’m seeing this same issue after having updated from 7.2. to 7.3 in a multi-site environment. For each site where NavXT was already enabled with 7.2, the breadcrumb on each site’s sub-pages display correctly, but the home page breadcrumb simply shows the home page name with no breadcrumb or link, in my case “Home”.
Thanks very much for tracking this in git and for any updates!
Hi there, thanks for responding. As it turns out the most recent plugin version 6.5 was incompatible with our very old PHP 5.6 version. I removed the plugin directory, installed the 6.2 version with WP CLI and the site errors went away. I had been unable to view the site or log in through /wp-admin as the site just displayed a “critical error” message. We don’t have control over the PHP version at this point unfortunately, but installing 6.2 did the trick!

In reply to: [Default Featured Image] 1.7.3 says it requires WP 6.2Thanks so much for the prompt reply and the 1.7.2 link! We’re on WP 6.1.1, so as long as 1.7.2 is compatible, we’ll use this version and hold off for 1.7.3.
Cheers!
I didn’t see any HTML change in the page source after that change in functions.php.
I’m using some CSS to set the background image and this seemed to work. ‘sustain-metaslider’ is my slider class name.
.sustain-metaslider.ms-theme-architekt div.nivoSlider div.nivo-directionNav a:before, .sustain-metaslider.ms-theme-architekt div.nivoSlider div.nivo-directionNav a:after{ display:none!important; } .sustain-metaslider .theme-default .nivo-directionNav a.nivo-prevNav { background: url(https://wpsites.local/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/metaslider-leftarrow.png) no-repeat!important; } .sustain-metaslider .theme-default .nivo-directionNav a.nivo-nextNav { background: url(https://wpsites.local/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/metaslider-rightarrow.png) no-repeat!important; }

In reply to: [Lazy Loader] Not working with slider (Metaslider)Thanks Florian, that worked perfectly! ??

Unfortunately, at this point it’s not publicly viewable. ??
I’m very familiar with CSS though, so would it be possible to send me some code with regard to how to replace those arrow images with an image file (.png) in Architekt? I see where the arrows are being built in the CSS using pseudo before and after elements, though I’d like to replace with an image.
FYI, I’m using the ‘Nivo’ option on the Metaslider dashboard if that helps and am hiding the Dots.
Re the captions do I need to set a ‘height’ property for that block?
I only see 4 themes in a dropdown box in the sidebar. Apparently our host has an old version of Metaslider. If I look at my own copy it does have the Architekt theme (v3.14), so it looks like I need to ask our host to upgrade to get this free theme.
Thank you!
Thanks, I assume that’s a Pro feature to be able to see that theme? I don’t see it on the free version, but just want to confirm. Thanks!
Thanks, is it possible to reposition arrows and text underneath the main image? As well as using custom arrow images?
Such that it would look like:
