Currently version 1.4.0 is sending automatically and not falling behind on the queue but I agree that having the admin message is great to see if something went wrong as it has show us now. Looking forward to the new version to test it out.

I am also having the same problem with redirect on login. It will send the login to the home page for non-admin and to WPadmin Dashboard for Administrators instead of going to the protected page in the link clicked. This happens for all user roles.

Also the redirect to show restricted message if not logged in on page config is not showing the restricted message. It only shows the default WP nothing was found with the correct URL in the address bar.

Has something changed in 2.2.0 that I need to reconfigure or is this a problem support is working on?
