Thanks for the reply. Not sure if I should open another ticket but I am also having the following problem.
Transactions (payments) are not showing the tax in stripe and neither is the receipt. The tax is showing when I go to tax > transactions though. The tax customization is showing correctly in the tax > transactions for Tax calculation by location.
I have rechecked all settings including that the country Tax Registrations are being shown on the website WooCommerce from Stripe and updated the plugin. But as the tax > transaction is working I guess since it is working inside Stripe but I don’t know why it is not showing the tax in the payment and receipt.
The Woo Commerce is showing the tax calculated inclusively, which it is getting from Stripe Tax as there is no tax set in the WooC default tax section.
I see in the stripe checkout session it also says 0 for tax coming from the above WooC checkout.

},Shouldn’t Stripe Tax be applying the tax at the checkout so it shows in the main transaction payment and the receipt?

In reply to: [NP Quote Request for WooCommerce] Critical error in cartHi. Strange as the confirmation page shows the product on the website as in the image I sent. Also if NP RFQ plugin is deactivated and I purchase the product both emails have the product in them.
Could there be a customization for the email templates that is needed?

Thanks for the new update. It works now!
It gets processed and emails go to the client and admin but both emails do not show the product for some reason.
Here is the page after clicking the Request for Quote button on the checkout and processing, showing the product which is a hotel booking.
Here is the customer email which is missing the product info. It has the billing info but I have hidden it.
Is there something I am missing or could it be a problem with the email templates?

Thanks for the updates. Will see how it performs over the next few days with the advanced settings lowered as I have at the moment. If all goes well I will increase the settings closer to the original levels to see how it performs and handles the errors.

Thank you for the explanation. Before I received your email I was making small changes to Advanced Settings. I changed the queue limit to 8 and the wp_cron interval to 180 to see if the reduction would help. It did and the queue is going automatically. Could it be that the time interval was too long?
On the BackWPup I see what you mean and I had the same problem again today but I left on the SMTP Mailing Queue plugin and the manual backup worked. So yes seems the cURL error is spreading like THE virus ??
Right now things seem to be ok for the queue. Thanks for all the effort!

I have noticed a conflict with this new SMTP mailing Queue version and BackWPup plugin. When your plugin is active the BackWPup job run fails with the “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds” message when uploading the backup which was not happening before. If I deactivate your plugin the BackWPup job runs with no errors.

Thanks for the update. There is no error message now and the new features are great. It also is helpful to have the max delay which is maxing at 16sec of me today.
One thing though, it is not automatically sending. I have to keep checking it and manually processing the queue in tools.
