In reply to: [Visual Composer Website Builder] Author on Blog PostsDo shortcodes work in the new visual composer? You would think VC would have author data since that is part of the core of WP. Seems like a good workaround and will try this.

In reply to: [WPC Composite Products for WooCommerce] SQL Script to Insert DataI am not sure your plugin will load products and all of the custom variants for the products for woocommorece composite products – that is the problem I am running into. Technically, there are only two products: Picture Frames and Shadowboxes – they just have several composite options and from there over 1000 options. A Picture Frame includes rales and stile – one option is the length, one if the type of material, one is the type of finish, one is the type of moulding and that’s how the frame is picked and then there is mats for mounting – number of mats, shadows, colors, patterns and then the glass. All those variants are a subset of a single product.
My pleasure – I get more insight about my site traffic from here than any other solution – really great.
They should call it Affordable Formidable Forms. I have used them for several years now and have been adding extensions for payments for Stripe and integrations to MailChimp and they are seamless integrations. I have several multi-page forms used for various business applications (e.g. complex registrations, bills of lading, etc) and the product works fantastically for calculating shipping loads, warehouse space needs etc.
Never mind – I deleted the plugin. Been trying to get this to work for a year. It’s just easier to go to google.com/analytics – I get in right away. the link off the site does not work even after disabling my entire set of plugins.
400. That’s an error.

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Integration to Mail Chimp Registered UsersSorry – I did not get the follow up email. Yes – the FNAME and LNAME were mandatory on the List and we deactivated that and it works fine. I actually don’t mind that we don’t get the name, it allows us to engage the customer to get the name and company and if they do not reply after 90 days we deactivate them as possible spam.
Yes – when you look at our site we stopped using WP Event Manager. We are going to EventBrite so there is stability in our event system.

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Integration to Mail Chimp Registered UsersThe error showing is that the user has no first or last name but we don’t require that for registration either. We try to get it AFTER registration when we get them to opt in and complete their profile. I guess for this to work, registration must require first and last name.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for contacting me, I am using the Highend Theme from HB Themes. It has a membership function embedded into Visual Composer so I can create the current membership columns with checkmarks next to services. The following link will show you how the memberships page looks on our site:
https://dashfacts.com/membership-account/membership-levels/
This is the membership levels (example) formatted that we are trying to apply to PMPro
Not sure how to make PMPro look like Highend ?? I like PMPro, it does 90% of what I need, just stuck on the formatting… I can do the CSS work but I think it will be fairly extensive and a little hard to manage. Also, not sure if the membership shortcode has options in them that we can configure – is there a FAQ for the shortcodes?
Thanks much for the help!

In reply to: [Download Manager] WPDM Advertising on My SiteFixed that problem – I copied your shortcode and the text for the quotes was not accepted in WordPress. Once I re-typed the quotes it sort of works. Now I have this mess:
https://www.saintjosephcathedral.org/
[wpdm_category id=”cathedral-bulletins” ?toolbar=”0″ order_by=”date” order=”desc” item_per_page=”3″ template=”link-template-default-wdc” ]
For whatever reason, every shortcode now places a series of buttons below to move through ALL of the downloads. And items per page are running horizontally and overlapping each other instead of sorting vertically.
I wish you would not change these. I am now up to 7 hours trying to repair one small section of my site that happens to be the homepage.

In reply to: [Download Manager] WPDM Advertising on My SiteI deactivated Extended Shortcodes, now there is a string of pagination numbers running down the HOME page of a cathedral site when i enter a simple category shortcode.

In reply to: [Download Manager] WPDM Advertising on My SiteHow do I remove extended shortcodes from the site – it is not a separate plugin.
