like you, this is the edition page. This is correct ??

the general page is the one which lists the exiting slideshows
is it possible that you have something on your website that blocks this ?

to add a link you just have to add the link with the editor, like you do it for any link ??

do you have an error in the console of your browser, or do you have an url to check ?

I have tested again by my side, and it works on my test website with the latest tooltip version
On your website I see that the mobile detection does not work, like if something blocks the mobile detection

Do you have something on your website that is used to manage the mobile part of your website and that could block this ? I see for example that you have a right click blocking system, I can not tell you if this is in cause but I ask you ??
