but it is not working on all the apple devices i have tested, i checked multiple iphones and it is not working

Is there any special to be configured in the Settings of the Iphone in order for it to work?

I deactivated all other pluggin and the problem remain. I also tried it on another website using the same theme and the same problem appeared
