Regrettably I our staging server does not show the behavior.
the way that it did work, though was that when a Student or Teacher (our users) was in one of their groups and created a doc (no admin interface) they had the ability to select multiple groups to publish the document to, if they belonged to multiple groups.

The configuration now, is that there is simply a dropdown list of groups that you can assign the doc to…Choose one only.

We would like to have the option of being able to select multiple groups.

Can you do that?

So – we are receiving emails. That is not the problem.

The problem is that there is a delay when you press Post Update while in your group.
When the plugins is disabled or removed – there is no delay.

We have added this line of code to address it..It is a temporary fix but we need a permanent one

Hi @gmbyrom. We resolved this by rolling back to version 3.8.2.
The easiest way to accomplish this is via the roll back plugin. We have been using the plugin successfully for a few years and major hicups with the new release.

Have rolled back and will wait until stable

I have rolled back the plugin to the prior version and it works like a charm. Will hold off on using until kinks are ironed out

We also experienced the same the same issue.

Could/should I revert to the prior version of BPGES?

We use sitelock for a Web Application Firewall. Would this need to be updated/stopped/started?

Last question – When our new subdomain is ready to go and replaces our primary….Should the plugin funtion properly or will we need to ensure the subdomain is installed as a primary instead of just pointing the URL to the index install folder?

If I were to create a text record for the subdomain and use its own email address would that work?

Example..the primary domain is Narrativeatlas.org…and we use [email protected]

For our subdomain, which will eventually replace our primary domain, we use learn.narrativeatlas.org and [email protected] for notifications.
Notifications do work when we leave the wp-config on True at present

Hello, am very curious about this topic as well.
I’d like to remove the ability for any user on our site (students and teachers) to be able to change their email subscriptions. Would like to force them to receive notification for any or all activity and remove the “your email status”

What would the cost be? Would like to be able to have member post via email to forums via forum name
