yes, i think the problem is our testers were connecting through the corporate network and our domain is blocking the IPs – does this sound possible? when they tether to mobile or view on their phones it works fine.

1. Windows 10 1909, Chrome (still not working)
2. it was set to yes, i switched it and that works now (thank you)
