I checked my plugin with Inovado theme and WP 3.7 and 3.8 and works right.

I think it can be some conflict with another javascript library…. You can disable other plugins and check again….

“Uncaught ReferenceError: cookillian_ajax is not defined”

It can be a cache problem, you can try to disable it. I think another plugin “cookillian” has a problem and the rest fails.

Hola Juan, gracias por tu comentario. La verdad es que no veo mucha diferencia entre insertar el snippet html al comienzo o al final del DOM, sobre todo si has elegido posicionamiento en ventana que pone la capa en posición fixed. ?Porqué te parece mejor?
