Check out the FAQs on how to set a default image instead of Gravatar. Requires to place a code snipper in your theme functions file.

Thank you for your review. There is no support to disable Gravatar, and has never been. Aim of the plugin is to extend user profiles by letting users choose between Gravatar, or a custom self-hosted image.

This is a good feature request though. Considering it for the future.

Thanks for posting. Can you share a link? Would be easier to inspect it.

Uploaded images are resized on demand to match given width and height, or if not specified defaults to 96x96px which is what I guess causes blurry display.

Can you try something like this?

Was unavailable during the holidays. Let’s fix this. Looked into your website and indeed there is a problem.

Avatar Manager is using core function wp_upload_dir which might be the culprint. See:

I’m investigating these ones to find a solution. Can you log into your admin and let me know your settings under Settings > General? I’m interested in:

* WordPress Address (URL)
* Site Address (URL)

They should be something like https://invafishki.info/. Can you confirm if these are set with http or https? Just provide a screenshot please.
