Well the error went away BUT /var/www/html/wp-content/wflogs/rules.php is now 0kb. I hit Manual refresh and it’s still empty.
Also, I cannot seem to change the firewall from Learning to Enabled and Protected? Save changes and it goes back to Learning Mode.
[email protected]:/SecureCoop# ls -l /var/www/html/wp-content/wflogs/rules.php
-rw-rw-r– 1 www-data www-data 345865 Nov 11 15:11 /var/www/html/wp-content/wflogs/rules.php
[email protected]:/SecureCoop#FYI in my comments above, “Deleted the rules.php file and allowed it to re-create. It only created a 0kb file with today’s date so I restored the November 11th version.”
Done, thank you.
Has to exist somewhere or you won’t be able to run WordPress at all. Run one of these. If no results or if you can’t run them ask your systems administrator.

In reply to: cURL error 60I don’t recall, to be honest. Does it work when you comment out the IP?

In reply to: cURL error 60Solved. I had my server’s IP in /etc/hosts as the domain name. When I commented out this entry it started working.

In reply to: cURL error 60Seems this problem is not limited to WP. I followed the URL mentioned in the error output below but did not see on that page what I must do next. Tried the –cacert flag to no avail. The ca-certificates package is already installed and at the latest version.

In reply to: Page content not visible on mobileAha! Jetpack also has a mobile theme. Disabled it and all is well.

In reply to: Page content not visible on mobileI think probably the problem is it’s showing a default theme in mobile mode. The page looked identical on the phone no matter what theme I chose in WP, until I chose Desktop mode.
This page suggests there is an option to disable a default mobile theme but 1.) I don’t want it disabled for older phones 2.) I don’t even see that option in my WP Admin so I couldn’t even disable it if I wanted to.

In reply to: [Super Progressive Web Apps] Pro versionI second the request you have a charged-for service, for selfish reasons. I don’t want your nice app to go offline one day because of a lack of funding ??
I may one day share some financial gifting, assuming my business does well…
